Enter the session ID

Enter the session ID provided by your Mayfront Technician.  In addition, please enter your name for the technician to identify you and then click on Join session to start the join process.

Download the file

Download the join app provided for you based on your operating system. Once downloaded run the file on your computer to join the remote session.

Join the session

You will be prompted to accept the confirmation prompt to give access to your Mayfront Technician. Once accept, your session will be established and we will be able to remotely control your device.
